ross cooney

I’m Ross Cooney, founder of Ascend360.

I served in the Royal Marines as a regular and reservist. I’ve spent 16 years coaching and consulting with organisations, leaders and business owners. I’ve lectured, I’m a TEDx speaker, and I race triathlons.

I’m also a husband and a father. I know the tension between ambition and the people at home, because I live it, and I’ve built the systems that fix it.

I only teach what I personally do. No theory. No recycled frameworks. Just straight talk and a higher standard.
